Storytelling Week

The week from 27th January to 4th February is National Storytelling Week in the UK. It’s probably an open secret, but teachers and librarians, as well as families of course, know that there’s a whole lot of storytelling goes on all year round.
Talking of libraries, why not call in and see what they have planned for Storytelling Week? And borrow some books while you’re there!

I am an author and illustrator of children’s stories. Kindness and a love of Nature are very important to me and often make an appearance in my stories. Libraries are also something I feel strongly about and you can often find me volunteering in the local library, reading to children, singing nursery rhymes or talking books with our visitors.
